Steel Rust Removal & Recoating
Blast, treat, prime, recoat. We take corroded steel back to sound metal and put a system on it that lasts — not a coat of paint over a problem.
Epoxy Flooring
Garages, shops, showrooms and warehouse floors. Seamless, chemical-resistant, easy to sweep — and it won't lift the first time a pallet jack rolls over it.
Pressure Washing
Siding, driveways, decks, lots and building exteriors. Sometimes a building doesn't need paint — it needs a wash. We'll tell you which one it is.

It depends on size, surface condition and how much prep is involved — anyone who quotes you over the phone without seeing it is guessing. We come out, look at the actual job, and give you a written quote with a scope and a date. The estimate is free and nobody chases you afterward.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. Every guy on the crew is ticketed with formal trade certification, and we carry Red Seal credentials. We're happy to show paperwork before you commit to anything.
How long has your crew been doing this?
Fifteen years each. We came up in the trade together on job sites long before this company had a name, so there's no apprentice learning on your wall and no subcontracted strangers showing up.
Can you work around my business hours?
That's most of our commercial work. We run evenings, early mornings and weekends so your doors stay open and your customers never see a ladder. We're available seven days a week, 7:00am to 7:00pm.
What kind of prep do you do?
Whatever the surface actually needs — washing, sanding, filling, priming, and masking everything that isn't getting painted. Prep is the part that decides whether a finish lasts five years or one, so it's not where we cut time.
Can you fix rusted steel, or does it need replacing?
Usually we can bring it back. We blast it to sound metal, treat it, prime it and put a proper coating system on it. Painting straight over rust just hides the problem for a season — we don't do that.
Do you work outside Metro Vancouver?
We cover the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. If you're a bit further out, call and ask — if we can get there, we'll quote it.
Do you do free estimates?
Always, on every service — painting, epoxy, pressure washing and steel work. No charge and no pressure.
